Hi, I’m David Clausell.

Welcome to the Port City Chapter of Blacks In Government. It is both an honor and a privilege to serve alongside dedicated professionals who believe in leadership, service, and uplifting our community. Our Chapter continues to stand as a beacon of excellence by promoting integrity, opportunity, and advocacy in government and throughout the Gulf Coast community.

As we move forward together, we remain committed to advocating for positive and equitable workplace environments where professionalism, respect, fairness, and opportunity are available to all employees. We believe that strong organizations are built when individuals are empowered, valued, and encouraged to grow both personally and professionally. Through training opportunities, networking, mentorship, and leadership development, our Chapter strives to equip members with the tools necessary to succeed and lead with confidence.

Equally important is our commitment to community engagement and service. The Port City Chapter has a proud history of supporting educational initiatives, scholarship opportunities, cultural awareness programs, and outreach efforts that positively impact our citizens and future generations. We recognize that our responsibility extends beyond the workplace and into the communities we serve.

Together, we will continue building a Chapter that promotes excellence, fosters fellowship, encourages professional growth, and serves as a positive force within our workplaces and our community.
